These Terms of Service govern your use of Functional Aesthetics Intelligence (“the Platform”), operated by Piril Sideras. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Platform is provided exclusively for qualified aesthetic medicine practitioners. You must hold appropriate clinical qualifications and registrations in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable professional and legal requirements.
Assessments generated by the Platform are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended as clinical decision-support tools only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment plan. You must apply independent clinical judgment before acting on any AI-generated output. The Platform and its operators accept no liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.
You are the data controller for all patient data entered into the Platform. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering their information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and complying with all applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Access to the Platform requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You must not use the Platform to enter false or fabricated patient data, share your account credentials with others, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in that month.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
