This Privacy Policy explains how Functional Aesthetics Intelligence (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Platform.
Practitioner account data: name, email address, practice name, and billing information collected at registration.
Patient data: clinical intake information entered by practitioners, including health history, biomarkers, and lifestyle data. This data is entered by the practitioner and is not collected directly from patients via the Platform.
Usage data: standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
Practitioner account data is used to provide and administer your subscription. Patient intake data is processed solely to generate AI clinical assessments at your request. We do not use patient data for model training, profiling, or any purpose other than generating the assessment you request.
Assessment generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Patient intake data is transmitted to Anthropic's servers solely for the purpose of generating the assessment. Anthropic's data processing terms apply. We recommend not entering data that could directly identify a patient (e.g. use initials or a reference number instead of full names where possible).
All Platform data is stored on Supabase infrastructure within the EU. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain practitioner account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Patient data is retained until you delete it.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pirilsideras.com. Patient data deletion is your responsibility as data controller — you can delete any patient and their data from within the Platform.
The Platform uses strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
